I'm Wilma Abreu, Founder of Canonvex LLC, a New York City construction consulting firm specializing in Site Safety Plans (SSPs), construction logistics, and DOB compliance.
For more than 13 years, I've worked alongside general contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and building owners, helping navigate the complex safety and regulatory requirements of construction projects throughout New York City.
I am a licensed New York City Construction Superintendent and Class 2 Filing Representative. My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management studies at Pace University, and continuing education in Facade & Roof Systems at New York University (NYU).
Throughout my career, I've developed and coordinated construction safety strategies, logistics plans, and compliance documentation for a wide range of projects, from new developments and major alterations to façade restoration and occupied-building work.
